Phoenixville’s Steel City Coffee House has changes a’brewin. Former owner Jane M. Tucker recently announced the sale of the business in late June to employee Eli Wenger. The changeover is already underway. New owner, Wenger, wants the coffeehouse to remain a focal point for music and the arts, but to upgrade its food service.
