West Chester’s Last Swinging Summer Thursday

The last of the season’s Swingin’ Summer Thursdays will have downtown West Chester filled with the reggae sounds of Three Legged Fox and INITY (live between High & Matlack streets). The free, festival-like event is open to the entire community and is held tonight, September 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. under the direction of the West Chester Parks and Recreation Department.

The outdoor Swingin’ Summer Thursdays series, which took place on the first Thursday of the month since June, are promised to be more than just music. Food plays an important role, too. Indulge in classic street food vendor food like funnel cakes and kettle corn, taste foods from fine dining restaurants along Gay Street, have fun with artists, magicians, jugglers and shop from local crafters, and much more.
