Downingtown resident and author of MaMa Mia Cucina~A Flavor of Good Food and Good Family, Cynthia Goch, is offering on-site cooking classes and other culinary options, including her October through December culinary series at Downingtown’s DARC.
All classes are scheduled to be held at Lionville Middle School, Rm. B-111 (550 W. Uwchlan Ave., Exton)

The DARC Classes are as follows:
October 5th, A Fall Harvest of Vegetables: Come join us as we take the Fall Vegetable Harvest from squashes to root vegetables and transform them into healthy dishes that will delight the palate.
October 12th, A Halloween Theme: Delight the young and young at heart with Halloween treats for your family’s celebration or your party celebration with friends.
October 26th, Holiday Baking: Get a jump start on your holiday baking in learning time-saving techniques, planning “sweet gifts” for family and friends.
Goch also hosts cooking classes at Phoenixville’s Franklin Commons, with two to premiere this month that focus on entire comfort food menus, from appetizers to desserts.
