Organic Cocktail Pairing Dinner

On November 21, Amani’s BYOB is partnering with Beth and Greg Parentice of Eco-Bar to do a first ever Cocktail Pairing Dinner! They will be serving 5 courses paired with 5 organic and inventive cocktails for $75.

Beth has taken her passion for creating and mixing cocktails to a new level by using all natural and organic ingredients. What’s even better is that she has recently created her own line of sparkling eco beverages called SIPP!

In the Ginger Jade Gimlet, Beth will be using SIPP-Ginger Blossom which is a sparkling infusion of ginger, lime, vanilla, and Agave nectar. She will also be using SIPP-Mojo Berry for another cocktail, which is an infusion of organic blackberries, mint, and lime. Amani’s owners Jon and Jeanine Amann had the pleasure of sampling the cocktails that she will be using to compliment Jon’s food and they are delicious and one of a kind!

First Course

Chipotle Short Rib Tacos: Fried Jalapenos, Corn Sprouts, Grape Tomatoes, Corn Tortillas

Blood Orange Margarita: Tequila, Blood Orange Sorbet, Blood Orange Soda, Lime, Agave Nectar

Second Course

Spicy Tuna Roll: Yellowfin Tuna, Sushi Rice, Wakame Cucumber Slaw

Ginger Jade Gimlet: Organic Cucumber Vodka, Basil, Lime, SIPP-Ginger Blossom

Third Course

Grilled Swordfish Skewers: Cilantro Lime Marinade, Grilled Pineapple, Mango Puree

Posmo Sparkler: Organic Vodka, Pomegranate Juice, Lime, Agave Nectar, SIPP-Mojo Berry

Fourth Course

Flat Iron Steak – Paprika Aioli: Crispy Idaho Potatoes, Micro Carrot and Broccoli Salad

Sangria Rosa: Red Wine, Brandy, Orange and Pomegranate Juice, Simple Syrup, Fresh Fruit

Fifth Course

Poached Pear – Melba Sauce: Vanilla Gelato, Pear Consumme

Sparkling Pear Fizz: Champagne, Pear Nectar, Elderflower Presse

Also, Amani’s absolutely loved the SIPP-Ginger Blossom and would love for you to try it! So, from October 24-28 and again on October 31-November 4, join us for dinner and receive a complimentary cocktail on them made with SIPP-Ginger Blossom! All you have to do is mention to your server that you would like to try it! It pairs beautifully with their Calamari or their Curry and Lemongrass crusted Yellowfin Tuna!
