On November 21, Amani’s BYOB is partnering with Beth and Greg Parentice of Eco-Bar to do a first ever Cocktail Pairing Dinner! They will be serving 5 courses paired with 5 organic and inventive cocktails for $75.
Beth has taken her passion for creating and mixing cocktails to a new level by using all natural and organic ingredients. What’s even better is that she has recently created her own line of sparkling eco beverages called SIPP!
In the Ginger Jade Gimlet, Beth will be using SIPP-Ginger Blossom which is a sparkling infusion of ginger, lime, vanilla, and Agave nectar. She will also be using SIPP-Mojo Berry for another cocktail, which is an infusion of organic blackberries, mint, and lime. Amani’s owners Jon and Jeanine Amann had the pleasure of sampling the cocktails that she will be using to compliment Jon’s food and they are delicious and one of a kind!
