Tastes and Time Cooking Classes at the Franklin Commons

Cynthia Goch, kitchen crusader and author of “MaMa Mia Cucina,” invites you to her first round of cooking classes for the new year at Franklin Commons. Want to learn how to tackle something new in your kitchen? Want to find ease and comfort while making seasonal favorites like homemade soups? Sign up today!

Her “Baby It’s Cold Outside!” series begins on Thursday, January 27 from 6 to 8, with the first focusing on cold-weather soup wonders. The next class, held Thursday, February 17, also at 6 to 8 pm, concentrates around pasta sauces, and will allow you to become educated in making a traditional, homemade Italian Gravy.

Each course is $30 per person and include all recipes and tastings, demonstrated. Better yet, there is a January/February promo and if you bring a friend, you will receive a 50-percent discount on your class. If you sign up for the second class, too, you may enter into a drawing to win a copy your skilled instructor’s book!
