The Chef, The Brewer and The Farmer Philly Beer Week Dinner on June 8

Philly Beer Week, with its Opening Tap event announced to take shape on Friday, June 3, will jump-start sooner than we know, and we couldn’t be happier to reveal that there’s one beer-infused dinner that we have our hungry eyes on.

On June 8, Downingtown’s own Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Company and Ian Brendle of Green Meadow Farm will join Chef Terence Feury at his restaurant, Fork, to prepare a four-course dinner pairing Victory Beers that are infused with local herbs from Green Meadow Farm.
