This new addition to Wayne’s dining scene features Executive Chef Juan Pablo Quiroz’s progressive Mexican fare in a sleek, modern and stylish atmosphere. Xilantro’s contemporary design had a way of magnifying the level of noise in the restaurant. Chef Juan Pablo Quiroz has traveled throughout Spain and Mexico to bring you some of the most creative and upscale Mexican dishes. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, CIA is known as being to the culinary arts, what Juilliard is to music. Xilantro’s menu is not your average Mexican fare, but rather a fresh and modern approach to the simple flavors of Mexico with an elegant flair. Chef Quiroz’s fresh and seasonal nightly specials, coupled with his enhanced presentations of Xilantro’s artisan dishes will not disappoint.

The bar at Xilantro houses one of the largest selections of premium tequila in the Philadelphia area, with over 100 tequilas to choosefrom, along with Mexican inspired cocktails including specialty margaritas, Mexican beers and wines from around the world.
