Dia Doce
Dia Doce’s green striped truck, adorned with haute blue awnings (a color known for good luck and happy living) made its grand appearance today at West Chester University and will also appear on Sunday at Devon Whole Foods from 10am to 2pm. Dia Doce will return to WCU campus on Monday, between 11am and 3pm, making the first day of class easier on everyone. Throughout the weekend, the truck will have mouthwatering specials. They will be offering strawberry shortcake, dirt pie, cookie dough, lemon basil, salted caramel, gluten free lemon basil, and vegan and gluten free chocolate chip, ho-hos and vanilla latte.
The cupcakes include an array of vegan, gluten-free, soy free and nut free cupcakes. Each cupcake is made from local and sustainable ingredients, comes in eco-friendly packaging. Their non-polluting truck runs off a battery rather than a gas generator. Dia Doce plans to have set truck stop days once farmers market seasons slow down.
