Kimberton Whole Foods to Host Local Roots Dinner on September 16

Kimberton Whole Foods announces that on the eve of their 25th anniversary, they will be bringing together local farmers, their staff and neighbors to share a meal, all to celebrate their mission statement and the co-creation that is their community.

The Local Roots Dinner, held on Friday, Sept. 16 at 6:30 pm at their Kimberton Flagship store, will feature local farm products to in a multi-course feast. Featured farms will include: Seven Stars Farm, Highspire Hills Farm, Meg’s Eggs,Wholesome Dairy Farms and Vollmecke Orchards, plus others. The meal is available to only 30 guests (act quick to secure your spot, tickets available here) and the evening will host several local farmers, as well as the owner of Kimberton Whole Foods, Terry Brett.

Reservations can be made starting today, Aug. 29th until September 14th by visiting the Kimberton Whole Foods online store. The dinner is available at $45 per plate at a first-come,-first-serve basis. The sustainable feast will be prepared predominantly wheat-free by the talented Kimberton Whole Foods cafe staff with meat and vegan options available (full menu below).
