January Craft Beer Tappings at McKenzie’s Brew House

McKenzie Brew House, with locations in Malvern, Chadds Ford and newly, in Devon, announces what’s brewing through the month of January. Curious what new artisan craft beers Brewmaster Ryan Michaels will be tapping? Full details and dates below.

Conifer, the newest installment of the Trois Enfants collaboration series, will officially debut at McKenzie’s Brew House of Devon tonight, Jan. 12 at 6 pm.

The Trois Enfants beer—as concocted by a tag-team of brewers from Earth Bread and Brewery (John Defibaugh), Tired Hands Brewing Co. (Jean Broillet) and McKenzie’s Brew House (Ryan Michaels)–is an American pale ale mashed with Douglas Fir branches and boiled with the needles. Expect to be sipping a complex concoction, one packed with pine character that perfectly compliments the big hop flavor from tons of Columbus and Cascade hops that were added post-fermentation.

Next week, Jan. 16, at McKenzie’s of Devon you’ll find that Vautour du Bois joined the tap’s ranks, the very popular soured version of the award winning Saison Vautour.

During the week of Jan. 23 at the McKenzie’s Devon location, welcome Belgian American IPA newly on the taps. This aggressively hopped IPA was brewed with American hops and Belgian yeast.

And, if you want to swing over to McKenzie’s Chadds Ford location during the week of Jan. 16, they’re tapping an American Wild Ale, which is an American pale ale aged with wild yeast.
