Landmark Americana, a regional chain with locations in West Chester, University City and Glassboro, N.J.– and, with one location coming soon to St. Joseph’s University, has purchased the Paddock Restaurant & Bar in Devon.
Dave Goldman, Landmark’s president reported over on the Daily Local that the “renovations (which are still in the planning stages) might include opening up the existing banquet room to the rear of the bar into a four-seasons deck-type area.”
