Jean Broillet IV somehow found a moment of time to quickly address the public about Tired Hands Brewing Company officially opening for business on his always informative blog.
The doors swung open on Sunday, June 2 at 4 pm and the Tired Hands crew found themselves in a sea of about 20 happy customers. The first crowd was eager to taste the forward-thinking ales and satisfying cuisine. For an opening night, everything went incredibly smooth and they look forward to keeping that momentum ever day, except Mondays. Tired Hands will be closed on Mondays, but opening at 4 pm every other day during the week for the first few weeks.
They also have a new “On Tap” section of their blog and are promising that it will change rapidly. Until there is more work done to the website such as a food menu, Jean wants everyone to know that they have plenty of house-made bread, cheeses, meats, pickles, paninis, and a very inspiring “sides” menu available for guest’s enjoyment! Check out the selections below but don’t waste any time getting the in person view so you can enjoy the offerings with a fine crafted brew!
