Valley Forge Casino Resort will host a wine dinner featuring Napa Valley winemaker Peter Mondavi at Pacific Prime on Wednesday, July 18 at 6:30 p.m. Pacific Prime is the ultimate, upscale dining destination for the freshest fish and the finest prime beef. The dinner will feature wines from Mondavi’s Charles Krug Winery, the oldest winery in Napa Valley. Guests should come prepared, expecting their taste buds to be tantalized with a vast array of menu options while receiving impeccably personalized service.
“There is no better way to celebrate wine than with a selection from Napa Valley’s oldest winery,” said Vice President of Food and Beverage Martin Doyle. “We are extremely excited to provide our guests with the opportunity to dine with celebrated winemaker Peter Mondavi.”
Guests will enjoy an hors d’oeuvres reception and four-course dinner paired with fine wines from the Charles Krug Winery. Additionally, each guest will bring home a bottle of 2009 Vintage Napa Valley Merlot signed by owner Peter Mondavi.

- Charles Krug Sauvignon Blanc (2011) paired with Speck-Wrapped Honey Dew, Peekytoe Crab Fritter and Goat Cheese Cannoli
- Charles Krug Chardonnay (2010) paired with Sunchoke Soup
- Charles Krug Merlot (2009) paired with Eberly Farm Chicken Breast
- Charles Krug Zinfandel Sorbet (2008)
- Charles Krug Generations (2009) paired with Buffalo Ribeye Filet
