An old timer and a new comer will join forces this Wednesday for your tasting pleasure. The new, but very popular, Valley Forge Casino Resort is hosting a Victory Beer Dinner at their Valley Tavern on Wednesday, August 22nd. The special four-course meal begins at 6:30 p.m. and will include pairings from Victory Brewing Company, including Hop Devil, Headwaters Pale Ale, Storm King and Prima Pils. For $55 per person, guests will sip their way through fine brew offerings, while exciting their palate with gourmet dishes like Seared Wild Stripe Bass and Grilled Summer Figs.
