Join Chef Eric Ripert and 10 Arts Bistro Chef Volz for a Best of Fall Harvest Feast, Oct. 23

Eric Ripert is not a chef that Philadelphians have the chance to experience often. However, on October 23rd, the Michelin Three-Star culinary master, who you probably know from his judge spot on “Bravo’s Top Chef”, will be in town and joining forces with Chef Nathan Volz to present a menu of fresh fish paired with the best of the fall harvest.

Although a Town Disher recently sat down with Nathan Volz, Chef de Cuisine for 10 Arts Bistro, and chatted about the food he’s cooking up in his kitchen, we’re still very eager to see what’s in store for this dinner. The dynamite duo of 10 Arts’ Culinary Director, Eric Ripert, and Chef Volz is sure to ignite an arousal of flavors in the kitchen, as well as on each plate throughout the dinner.

Their savory offerings will include fresh, sustainable seafood and meat, paired with seasonal super foods like chanterelles, beets and apples. Guests will be able to taste dishes like Hamachi “Sashimi” with sea beans, crispy rice and black garlic-ponzu; and Duck Breast with quince purée, glazed carrots and a dolce-forte sauce.

Open seating times are available for this exclusive dinner on Tuesday, October 23rd. The Chefs’ Dinner is comprised of six courses for $125 per person. Reservations can be made by calling 215.523.8273 or visiting www.opentable.com.
