The masterminds behind Cantina Feliz and La Calaca Feliz are bringing a whole new modern Mexican experience to the restaurant scene in Manayunk. Tim Spinner and Brian Sirhal are embarking on their third adventure, called Taqueria Feliz, at 4410 Main Street. This same spot had recently been rumored to be the potential location for Belvedere Restaurant Group’s Cervisia, a craft beer-centric restaurant. While some may have been excited for such a brew-infused stop to debut, something tells us these folks won’t be angry about Taqueria Feliz snagging the space instead.
In fact, those who visit the location come Spring of 2013 will be more than pleased to find Taqueria Feliz has a common desire in mind; amazingly delicious food. Sirhal told The Insider that they’re going for a South Philly-style taqueria vibe with 65 seats so keep an eye out for the trendy Mexican eatery to open.
