Pop-Up Speakeasy Coming to Chestnut Hill’s Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, Nov. 28

Philadelphia has never been this excited about Prohibition! Ever since The National Constitution Center began their very cool exhibition American Spirits, the Prohibition theme seems to be all around us. One spot getting in on the action? Iron Hill Restaurant & Brewery of Chestnut Hill.

They will be hosting a Pop-Up Speakeasy on Wednesday, November 28th, from 5 to 8 p.m. They will be serving food themed from the prohibition era, specialty beers and a raffle where guests are entered to win tickets to see the American Spirits exhibition that inspired IHB’s event.

Probably the most important item to note about this fun affair is the speakeasy password, bootlegger. Remember the password if you know what’s good for you. It’s the only way you’ll be permitted to enter IHB on November 28th. Cheers!
