Participating restaurants are offering a variety of lunch and dinner deals, plus there are 31 participating restaurants, which gives you a new spot to tackle every day. The informative Philadelphia blog’s top spots include a three-course dinner at Cafette for $19.95, a $9.95 lunch special at Campbell’s Place and three-course dinners for $29.95 from HeirloomMica and Iron Hill Brewery.
