Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is looking for line cooks and hosts at its Media, Lancaster, North Wales and other locations. Do you have what it takes? Read on!
Cooks should have:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a high volume restaurant (250–450 covers per dinner shift)
- Experience working in multiple stations, particularly grill and sauté
- Ability to multi-task, keep an organized station and communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail and consistent execution
- Ability to be a team player and desire to help others
- Full availability
- Culinary degree preferred
And should also:
- Bring a smile to work and the desire to be a part of a positive and fun environment
- Have the ability to execute in a high volume environment and maintain quality while enjoying the thrill of getting the job done
- Take ownership, turn problems into solutions and have the ability to take on a challenge
