Commemorate the life of Mark Salwitz, affectionately known by all as “Sal,” with Ron’s Original Bar & Grille. Sal, friend to owner Ron Inverso for over 30 years and manager at Ron’s, passed away suddenly in late April. The beloved member of the Ron’s Original family was a devoted family man and friend who loved cooking—particularly creating fabulous cakes—and gardening. He also had a knack for storytelling and could paint a vivid picture with just a few words. He will be missed.
Celebrate Sal’s life and impact on others—simply mention his name to your server when dining at Ron’s, now through May 12, and the restaurant will donate a portion of your check to Sal’s family.
