Black Walnut Winery’s winemaker Lance Castle will battle it out against Iron Hill’s brewer Tim Stumpf. Last year’s competition was fierce; look for more of the same this year as you feast on a five-course menu accompanied by five beers and five wines. The full menu is as follows:
