Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing Takes Over Former New Jersey Home of Flying Fish Brewing Company

Cherry Hill, NJ, will soon be home to Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing! The brewery will occupy the 13,500-square-foot space that formerly housed Flying Fish starting on September 1.

At the helm of Forgotten Boardwalk is Jamie Queli, who’s leaving the world of investment banking behind for life as a brewmaster. Queli says Forgotten Boardwalk will produce about five ales for distribution, using a 30-barrel Criveller system. The brewery also plans to use a 1- to 2-barrel pilot system to produce another 50 to 60 beers for cycling through the taps of a planned 2,500-square-foot tasting room styled as a turn-of-the-20th-century-boardwalk.

Plans are for the brewery to release five different ales, all of which will bedistributed in cans, as well as beers that will be exclusive to the Cherry Hill tasting room. For more on Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing’s plans, check out this article from Brew Stained Letter.
