Dishcrawl Philly’s First Secret Supper Hits Dec. 16

The secret’s out! Hell’s Kitchen Semi-Finalist and Philly native, chef Barbie Marshall, is the exclusive chef for Dishcrawl Philadelphia’s first secret supper.

On December 16, 7–9:30 p.m., an intimate group of social eaters will experience a six-course meal. The meal will commence after an amuse-bouche to whet the appetite and specially selected drink pairings will be available for purchase.

The dinner will be held in a secret location, only revealed to ticket holders 72 hours before the night of the event. Secret Suppers are an exclusive underground supper club that roams the nation. Chefs perform interpretations of various trends and themes for an intimate group of VIP guests. Secret Supper is a production of Dishcrawl, a locally run company focused on re-imagining the way people think about food, drink and their community.

While the secret’s still safe as to where the dinner will be held on Monday night, we’re teasing the Secret Supper’s full menu below.

amuse-bouche: fried chicken and waffles

1st course: fennel and citrus wintergreens salad

2nd course: pumpkin soup, pickled squash, black pepper cream

3rd course: arancini, risotto, tallegio, basil flower tomato sauce

4th course: Lancaster “Pot Pie”, braised chicken, pasta, brassica greens

5th course: meatloaf, glazed carrots, cranberry chutney

6th course:  cheesecake with hickory nut brittle
