Ketmala’s Kitchen Hosts Gentle Cleanse Class to Turbocharge Your New Healthy Body

Ketmala Phoumalavong is a personal chef and culinary instructor who resides in West Chester and offers cooking classes at Ketmala’s Kitchen. She guides particpants in her small friendly classes through each cooking step and offers her students the hands-on experience to acquire new skills, learn a new cuisine and become a more confident and capable chef in your own kitchen.

After preparing and eating all that delicious food all year, Ketmala decided that it was time to jump start 2014 with a gentle cleanse to flush all the toxins away and to recharge her entire system with lots of vitamins and minerals from fresh juices, smoothies, superfoods and sprouts. Gentle Cleanse to Turbocharge your Body into the New Healthy You

It’s really like giving a mini vacation and/or shower to the inside of your body to neutralize and eliminate toxins through the major organs (colon, liver, kidney, lungs, skin, etc.) to regain vitality and energy. Ketmala will guide you through the process and offer the complete information and full explanation on the detoxification protocol along with simple recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and in between. You will not be on a water fast, on the contrary, you’ll receive all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients that will do your body good with fresh food! We’ll also learn a few tips along the way on how to use properly a juicer, high speed blender and talk about the benefits of super foods, sprouts and much more. All recipes will be wheat, gluten, dairy and soy free. This is a 100% vegan and raw friendly class.
