Tickets on Sale March 1 for First Ever Gettysburg Brew Fest

Beer fans, get those calendars out and mark down August 23! The inaugural Gettysburg Brew Fest is hitting town and this will be a not to be missed event.

320 beer

The 1st Annual Gettysburg Brew Fest, hosted by the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, will wow you not only with the delicious beer line-up, but with spectacular views of the Gettysburg Battlefield and South Mountains, set against the backdrop of the new Seminary Ridge Museum. This is arguably one of most historic and recognizable structures in Gettysburg, ensuring the event will deliver a distinctive sampling experience.

Initially offering one afternoon session—from 4:30–8 p.m.—the Gettysburg Brew Fest will not only offer an impressive array of brews and hard ciders from the immediate region and throughout Pennsylvania, but from around the U.S. as well.

Attendees will begin their experience with an impressive cannonade, then enjoy the finest craft beers and hard ciders ever assembled in Gettysburg! Following three-and-a-half hours of interacting with representatives from various breweries and enjoying camaraderie with their fellow “crafties,” attendees will be treated to a truly unforgettable experience one can only have in Gettysburg: the sounding of Taps from the Seminary Ridge Museum cupola by world-renown bugler, Jari Villanueva. Mr. Villanueva sounded Taps at Arlington National Cemetery over 5,000 times.
