New Spring Menu Debuts at Conshy’s Isabella

Spring is in full swing and Conshy’s Isabella is serving up culinary delicacies to embrace this time of year. Executive Chef Mario Rodriguez-Feo is treating diners to new cuisine offerings as well as enabling his guests to indulge in some tried and true favorites. From the seared sea scallops to the fig and gorgonzola pizza, those who visit Isabella will be able to enjoy dishes with a springtime vibe to them.

Chef Rodriguez-Feo offers new dishes to please all palates. Delicate lamb chop samplings will draw in any true meat lover while the sautéed shrimp with garlic and salsa verde is perfect for those craving a sea-inspired selection. At Isabella, it is not only the small plate choices which deserve highlighting. The salad offerings are wide and varied and what better way to get ready for warmer weather than to enjoy unique leafy green creations from the chef. The heirloom beets are a sure bet as well. For larger servings, the grilled herb marinated organic chicken breast and chef’s fish selection will be certain to please.

Happy hour drink specials are offered at Isabella Monday through Friday from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. and specials include 1/2 price draft beer, $4 select wine and $5 select martinis and Manhattans.
