Join Vine Dining for a Healthy Mother’s Day Class at Cooking Spotlight

Mom has probably cooked you quite a few meals over your lifetime. Wouldn’t it be a true treat if you could cook side-by-side with her in honor of Mother’s Day?

Chef Sara Glassman of Vine Dining wants to help you and your mom maneuver through a fun and energizing Mother’s Day cooking class, scheduled to unfold May 6, 6:30-9 p.m. at Phoenixville’s Cooking Spotlight. In this upcoming hands-on course, the certified Natural Chef, who specializes in plant-based, organic fare throughout the Philadelphia region, will teach you how to enjoy a health-conscious meal that will delight the lady in your life.

In the enticing cooking class, Glassman plans to spotlight four invigorating recipes like her Mother’s Vitality Stew, a hearty spring salad, an earthy pesto with linguini and fresh chocolate chip cookies.
