Broaden your knowledge and discuss with others in the coffee industry pertinent topics revolving around July’s roundtable theme, Roasting, Behind the Scenes: Finca Pashapa.
At 3 p.m. at the Counter Culture Philadelphia location, join other coffee professionals to discuss how the roasting team at Counter Culture determines roast levels in addition to profiles. This case study will use Finca Pashapa, a coffee from La Labor, Honduras, as its example. The Counter Culture team will highlight the history of their relationship with the producer of Finca Pashapa, Roberto Salazar, and show how the roasting process is completed with regard to this coffee.
