Set in part at the gorgeous Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, the seven-day festival features a slate of 80+ internationally renowned master chefs, culinary personalities and wine and spirit producers. Co-founded by two of Hawaii’s own James Beard Award-winning chefs, Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, the festival will showcase wine tastings, cooking demonstrations, one-of-a-kind excursions and exclusive dining opportunities with dishes highlighting the Aloha State’s bountiful local produce, seafood, beef and poultry.

The all-star lineup of chefs participating at the festival includes Philly’s own Chef Jose Garces, Hubert Keller, Masaharu Morimoto, Jonathan Waxman, Cat Cora, Michelle Bernstein and many, many more.
