See how Morimoto dishes and Rogue Brewery beers complement each other perfectly. Some of the pairings you will enjoy include the coconut cured tuna paired with the Rogue Hazelnut Signature Ale, the chef’s selection of sushi alongside the Rogue Soba Ale and a bittersweet chocolate torte paired with the Rogue Voodoo Donut Pretzel, Raspberry and Chocolate Ale.

Four-Course Menu from August 25–31 ($100)

  • Coconut Cured Tuna with white miso egg yolk paired with Rogue Hazelnut Signature Ale (a deep, rich brown ale with a hazelnut aroma, notes of caramel, and a bitter finish)
  • Obi Glazed Wagyu Cheeks with summer vegetables paired with Rogue Black Obi Soba (brewed with roasted malts and a three-hop blend, this Morimoto signature ale is a darker version of Rogue’s Soba Ale)
  • Chef’s Selection of Sushi paired with Rogue Soba Ale (a Morimoto signature ale with a delicate flavor and nutty finish that pairs well with lighter cuisine)
  • Bittersweet Chocolate Torte with house-made burnt pretzel ice cream paired with Rogue Voodoo Doughnut Pretzel, Raspberry, & Chocolate Ale (a collaborative brew with Portland, Oregon’s, VooDoo Doughnut shop brewed with actual pretzels, raspberry, chocolate and roasted malts; this fruit beer is almost black with a pretzel-colored foamy head)
