Erin Wallace of Barren Hill Tavern & Brewery has a lot of projects in the works these days. As the owner of Barren Hill Tavern & Brewery as well as Devil’s Den and Old Eagle Tavern, this restaurateur knows what it takes to run not just one business but quite a few. Her recent project includes collaborating with Free Will Brewing Company in the second release of Saison de Rose, a pink-hued beer brewed to benefit the Rena Rowan Breast Center and those fighting the battle against breast cancer. Erin and other female professionals in the beer industry came together to make this important venture a reality.
