Starting today, Philadelphia’s Supper restaurant is launching a series of collaborative Happy Hour Happynings, every fourth Wednesday of the month from 5:30–7:30 p.m.
At the first Happyning, “Cheese 101,” join Chef Mitch Prensky and this month’s featured friend, Whole Foods Market’s cheese guru Mike Coffey, as they debunk cheese myths and show you how to put together the perfect cheese board for your next gathering. Be intimated by the cheese counter no more!
$15 gets you the evening’s featured cheese board picked exclusively by Mike with special accompaniments created by Chef Mitch. Enjoy happy hour priced beers, wines and cocktails to pair with your cheese. Stay tuned for more information about future Happynings in the weeks ahead.
