On November 11, Paris Bistro & Jazz Café is the place to be for a celebratory dinner in Georges Perrier’s honor. The “Paris Celebrates Perrier” James Beard event will recognize the culinary accomplishments of Perrier with the help of several exceptional area chefs. Guests will enjoy an eclectic meal prepared by Chefs Al Paris, Kevin Sbraga, Nicholas Elmi, Pierre Calmels, Chip Roman and Robert Bennett. Wendy Wolf of Paris Bistro will choose the accompanying wines for the evening.
