Although we had a mild December weather-wise, we’re not so sure January, February and March will be as kind. With that sentiment in mind, we’re suggesting you dig out your crockpot if you haven’t already done so and immerse yourself into the world of winter soups.
Soups are one of our favorite recipes to share for a few reasons: they give us a chance to utilize winter veggies, winter soups are hearty and warming during the cold winter months and many of these recipes can be made simply by adding all of the ingredients to your trusty crockpot and continuing on with your day.
