Celebrate Russet’s Third Anniversary with an Exclusive Tasting Menu

This week, celebrate the third anniversary of acclaimed Philly BYO Russet with a very special farm-to-table menu. Chefs Andrew and Kristin Wood have put together a four-course prix-fixe feast, scheduled for Wednesday, February 25:

caramelized onions, Woodland Jewel mushrooms, rosemary

Slow Roasted Green Meadow Farms Pork Loin
roasted apple, red onions, potatoes, sauerkraut

Cracked Blue Moon Acres Rice Ragu
roasted mushrooms, garlic confit, Parmigiano Reggiano
