Philly’s Davio’s Launches Negroni Cocktail Menu

Davio’s, known for hand-crafted regional Italian food with a focus on the grill, recently introduced a brand-new Negroni menu to complement its already impressive bar lineup.

The history of the classic cocktail begins at Bar Casoni in Florence, where Count Camillo Negroni ordered an Americano—sweet vermouth, Campari and club soda—with gin swapped in for the standard soda. Davio’s is taking the traditional Italian version and mixing it up with an array of modern spinoffs that includes a taste for every palate:

Davio’s Negroni Menu

The Classic

Hendricks Gin, Carpano Antica, Campari, Served Up or on the Rocks

The Bianco

Bombay Sapphire Gin, Cinzano Dry Vermouth, Lillet

The Frizzante

Tanqueray Gin, Aperol, Prosecco

All cocktails are now available at Davio’s Philadelphia, located at 111 S. 17th St.; phone: (215) 563-4810.
