As a small, family-owned farm located in the Gettysburg region, Beech Springs Farm fully understands the importance of the growing farm-to-table movement. They’ve developed relationships with local farms and area chefs to devise their new dinner series, which will feature carefully crafted five-course meals supplemented with beverage pairings and entertainment in their newly restored 1867 Pennsylvania bank barn.
The first dinner in this evolving series will unfold on Sunday, May 24, from 6–9 p.m. Chef Josh Fidler of Fidler & Company Craft Kitchen will be at the helm, sourcing local produce and seasonal fare that is sure to be the buzz around town. Guests can also anticipate a meet-and-greet with Chef Josh in an effort to form a connection between the food you’ll consume and who’s producing it. Tickets are currently available for this event for $115 per person. Seating will be limited, so pre-registration is required in order to attend.
