Chef Al Paris of Heirloom hosts many collaborative events throughout the year, giving patrons access to one-of-a-kind culinary opportunities. On May 21, Heirloom will welcome Christina Pirello of Christina Cooks, who will work alongside Chef Paris to create a menu based around the theme “Better Living Through Vegetables.” This collaboration will pair the expertise of both individuals perfectly to offer a meal you won’t soon forget. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner with seatings at 6 p.m./6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m./8:30 p.m.
