Imbibe for a Cause with the 3rd Annual Negroni Week (June 1–7)

Get ready to celebrate the third annual Negroni Week, which kicks off on Monday, June 1. Negroni Week consists of seven fun-filled days of spirits for a cause, as over 1,000 bars from around the world contribute $1 from every Negroni or Negroni item sold to their charity of choice.

But it’s not only about the cocktails. This year, more food vendors than ever have signed up to infuse the Negroni into their culinary creations:

  • In New York, Tipsy Scoop has created grapefruit Negroni creamsicle ice cream, Butter and Scotch will be serving Negroni pies and Pearl & Ash will be cooling you down with Negroni ice cream sandwiches.
  • San Francisco‘s Sugar and Spun is making Negroni cotton candy, Perbacco will be featuring Negroni popcorn and Cockscomb will be drizzling a Negroni mignonette on top of their fresh oysters.

  • In Washington, DC, DNV Rooftop Lounge will be keeping things lively with Campari-infused dried fruit rollup moustaches.

Negroni Week, presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, was launched in 2013 to honor one of the world’s tastiest cocktails and to raise money for charitable causes around the globe. From 2013 to 2014, Negroni Week grew from more than 100 to 1,300+ participating venues worldwide, with over $120,000 raised for charities. Follow along with all of the Negroni Week action on Imbibe’s Instagram and Twitter feeds and by following the #NegroniWeek hashtag. We’ll drink to that!
