What was your spa service?
I chose the customized facial service. Having never received a facial before, it was the service that most appealed to me.
Why would you recommend that others take advantage of this service?
Kim [Sinicropi; Grazia’s owner] immediately made me feel comfortable. Spas aren’t typically “my scene,” and I was feeling semi-anxious about someone I wasn’t familiar with seeing my skin up close and personal. But not only was she super-professional, but she was also easy to talk to and highly educated in her craft. She was able to identify my skin type, customize my facial and recommend products to use moving forward to help me achieve my dream skin.
What detail about Grazia made it stand apart from other similar beauty centers?
It’s definitely hard to choose just one, but I’d have to go with the atmosphere. I fully expected to feel out of place, especially with Grazia having a Main Line address attached to it. As I mentioned earlier, spas aren’t exactly where I spend my free time. But it couldn’t be further from the stereotypical spa that you might see portrayed in the media. The ladies were down to earth, the waiting room was cozy and the individual rooms were gorgeous and inviting.

Spray tan
Why would you recommend that others take advantage of this service?
This is the best tan I’ve ever had! Sarah Gooding was informative, helpful and engaging and made me feel very comfortable. The space was gorgeous and relaxing. The spray tan was professionally done, came out in a beautiful (not fake-looking) hue and made me feel my best for a very important event. The best part? It lasted SO long! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a boost of color for fun or to prepare to look their best before a special day.

The space is so beautiful and easy to get to. You could easily grab a bite at one of the eateries in Malvern and then head to the spa for a fun girls’ day—or, of course, grab a cocktail in town after your spa services. Each room is adorned with simple, elegant and stylish pieces. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the water bar is such a unique and fun addition. Truly a hidden gem on the Main Line!

Grazia’s Carol Ann Stoup, a licensed esthetician, is an absolute expert when it comes to skincare and how you can put your best foot forward. (I learned so much!) The treatment itself was eye-opening and luxurious; my skin has never looked better. I’d absolutely go again, perhaps once a month!

The staff is impressively accommodating and knowledgeable, perhaps the friendliest spa bunch I’ve ever met. Not to mention, the location is super easy to get to (in downtown Malvern) and parking is a breeze (free options in walking distance of spa). I am absolutely making Grazia my #1 spa pick in the region (I’ve already been back twice). Every gal loves to be pampered, and this is pampering at its finest!
