In accordance with World Vegetarian Day and Vegetarian Awareness Month, OpenTable has put together a list of the top 52 restaurants in America for vegetarian eating. Interestingly, more than half of the winners were founded in the last five years.
Pennsylvania finished third in the nation—behind only California and New York—with six selections. Even better, all six are located in the Philadelphia region! One of the restaurants, Flora in Jenkintown, was profiled by PA Eats last December. The rest of the local winners include:
