Back in June, Jim Berman of PA Eats introduced readers to Olga Sorzano’s locally nano-brewed kombucha, known as Baba’s Bucha. The fermented superdrink claims to have many probiotic health benefits.
Baba’s Bucha is continuing to garner great press. Earlier this morning, Craig LaBan of Philly.com called Sorzano’s product a “well-tuned, refreshing” drink.
