Tasting menus are the specialty at Marigold Kitchen, so with the fall season underway, it should come as no surprise that seasonal fare is a key component on Marigold’s newest tasting menu, offered by chefs/owners Andrew Kochan and Tim Lanza along with chef Keith Krajewski.

This fall, guests at Marigold Kitchen are enticed with a 13- to 15-course menu that features four dishes in particular that are sure to be palate-pleasers: “autumn leaves” radicchio and frisée; cauliflower with a brandied raisin gel and parsley oil [pictured above]; “pumpkin faux foie,” featuring foie gras-style pumpkin on toasted brioche laden with roasted garlic crème and sage oil [pictured below]; and pumpkin spiced latte parfait, consisting of pumpkin panna cotta with smoked dark chocolate.
