Later in February, the owners of Desert Rose in Media will open an eatery, dubbed Cask Bistro and Tap, in Glen Mills. Chef and owner Jason McHugh and his wife Natali are calling Cask the Brandywine Valley’s premier artisanal bistro and tap. It will feature French-Mediterranean cuisine, a bit of a change from Desert Rose’s Mediterranean and Middle Eastern street fare. Menu items currently slated to appear include salads, sandwiches, small plates and large plates.
