From February 5–14, visit any Di Bruno Bros. location (note: the Italian Market location at 930 S. 9th St. will only offer these items on February 6 from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. at a special pop-up) to indulge in one, or both, of these limited edition ice cream sandwiches. Choose from the Ko Ko Blue, which consists of rich, Dominican chocolate ice cream, Birchrun blue cheese and candied walnuts on bourbon brown sugar cookies, and Fat Cat’s Creamsicle, an ice cream sandwich complete with Birchrun Fat Cat cheese ice cream and blood orange balsamic marmalade on shortbread with a hint of Di Bruno Bros. olive oil.
