The Night Kitchen Bakery Introduces Chef Carl Drake

The Night Kitchen Bakery Lunch OptionThe Night Kitchen Bakery has announced a culinary addition to its menu—the cuisine of Chef Carl Drake.

Having worked alongside Night Kitchen owner Chef Amy Edelman in the past, Chef Drake is excited for this kitchen reunion. After starting his culinary career at Pollo Rosso in Chestnut Hill with Chef Edelman, Chef Drake also worked at Le Bec Fin, Opus 251 and other prestigious restaurants. In addition, he was the executive chef at Bacchus Market and Catering and owned and operated Drake’s Gourmet Food and Catering, which opened in 2003.

Chef Drake will be turning out delicious food items for the café menu and will also be offering catering services through Night Kitchen. Stop by for a taste!
