From May through August, Station Bistro will be filling your calendar with culinary events that are sure to please. From a crawfish boil and BBQ to a lobster bake that has “summer feast” written all over it, you are going to want to start making your dining reservations quickly for these four events:
Crawfish Boil and BBQ (May 22)
Whether crawfish, ribs or both strike your fancy, May 22 is the date to dine at Station Bistro from 4–8 p.m. For $63.95 per person, choose from a crawfish plate, baby back ribs or a combo of both. The three available options are:
2½ pounds of crawfish and ½ rack baby back ribs with side of jambalaya and cole slaw
5 pounds of crawfish with sides of jambalaya and cole slaw
1–2 full racks of baby back ribs with a side of jambalaya and cole slaw
Extra crawfish: $15/pound (pre-order required)
Hot dogs and burgers will be available for purchase for the kids, so be sure to bring the young ones along, too. Reservations are required.
Crab Boil (June 29)
On June 29, indulge in jumbo #1 local blue crabs at Station Bistro’s crab boil from 6–9 p.m. If you wish to take advantage of this crab feast, advance reservations are required. There will also be an open menu with other dinner options. Keep checking Station Bistro’s Facebook page for more details as the date draws closer.
Lobster Bake (July 20)
Lobster-laden delicacies will be yours at Station Bistro on July 20 from 6–9 p.m. Choose from a 1¼ or 2-pound live Maine lobster and enjoy this with meal accompaniments of a ½ pound of clams, ½ pound of mussels, corn and potatoes. Dining companions who wish to order from the regular menu can do so. More details and reservation info coming soon!
Caribbean Buffet (August 17)
Pretend you’re in the Caribbean by feasting on a tropical food buffet on August 17 from 6–9 p.m. In addition to a buffet of Caribbean-inspired food samplings, guests will also have tropical drink options close by at the rum mixer bar—simply BYO rum! Reservations are required for this summertime dining event.
