Lele Galer sculptureSpend the weekend of May 21 and 22 touring local galleries, wineries and other spots during the Chester County Studio Tour. No tickets are needed for the tour—all that’s required is an appreciation for art and a spirit of adventure. Even better, the event is free.

In addition to galleries promoting the work of local artists, area wineries along the Brandywine Artisan Wine Trail are also getting involved in this year’s Chester County Studio Tour. Chaddsford WineryBlack Walnut Winery and Penns Woods Winery will be offering complimentary tastings to those who show a receipt from purchasing artwork from any studio on the Chester County Studio Tour; Ten Gallon Hat Winery and Stargazers Vineyard will be showing artwork in their respective tasting rooms; and Galer Estate Vineyard & Winery owner Lele Galer will be showing her artwork at Stan Smokler’s studio in Kennett Square, where complimentary Galer Estate wine will be served.
