United Way Helps Bring in 9,000 Pounds of PB&J for Chester County Food Bank

PB&J DonationsA collaborative effort between the United Way of Chester County and Chester County Food Bank yielded 9,000 pounds of peanut butter and jelly for those in need.

A friendly competition between local businesses and organizations led to this massive donation for a great cause, which will be delivered to local food pantries this summer, traditionally a time when food donations are lacking in number. The Matt Gorham Group of Keller Williams brought in a whopping 2,093 pounds of peanut butter and jelly!

Kudos to this job well done by the United Way, Chester County Food Bank and all of the participating organizations and businesses.
