Just in time to take advantage of the freshest summer flavors, Amani’s BYOB in Downingtown is debuting its new summer menu.

The menu showcases a full range of soup, salads, appetizers and entrees. Notable standouts include:

Gazpacho du jour, crafted with a chef’s selection of seasonal local ingredients

Field greens salad: grilled peaches, ricotta salata, vidalia onion and brown sugar walnuts with a peach tarragon vinaigrette

Grilled oysters Amani with maitake mushrooms, aged parmesan, wilted spinach, crème and pancetta

Braised lamb ribs with espresso ancho glaze, maple espuma and goat cheese pomme purée

Wild striped bass with kalamata olive tapenade

Long Island duck breast with pickled cherry gastrique

Roasted organic Lancaster chicken with goat cheese pineapple pepper salsa
